Hayley’s work for clients throughout Australasia’s education sector is proof that high performance and corporate social responsibility can harmoniously coexist, and to remarkable effect.

For more than 20 years, Hayley has been helping organisations prioritise equity, equality and sustainability while achieving significant functional and bottom-line improvements.

Her brilliance as an enabler of personal, economic and social development and cultural understanding is matched by her capacity as a creative thinker and problem-solver, particularly in international strategy and the reinvigoration of large, complex organisations.

She’s held leadership roles in higher education, government and the not-for-profit sphere,  specialising in recruitment and improving the student experience. With Hayley, students are always at the forefront.

Hayley is a board member of the Auckland Women’s Centre, high-profile advocates of gender equality, women’s safety and mental health. She is also a trained leadership coach and alumnus of Leadership New Zealand. After hours

Hayley is a powerhouse, generating enough energy to run a small town. When she’s not exploring new places in Aotearoa and overseas, she’s pushing the equipment at her gym to the limit, doing advanced yoga, riding her e-bike, or being dragged along at pace by her mini schnauzer, Betty. Hayley has a penchant for good food and an equally strong love for cooking. She’s also an avid fundraiser and volunteer for the things she believes in.
