Agent Management Training
Help your team forge more effective agent relationships
With the critical role education agents play in marketing your institution and supporting your students on their journey, it’s vital that your relationships with them are strong and mutually beneficial, and reflect best practice.
We’ve developed an extensive interactive training suite designed to enhance every aspect of your interactions and partnerships with education agents.
Our Education Agent Management Masterclasses empower your team to build effective and successful agent relationships and help them achieve better results at every stage – all the way from agent selection through to payments. We also look at how you might adapt your approach to work with Digital Agent Networks such as aggregators, brokers and marketplaces.
Our training is delivered in interactive workshop format, facilitated by industry experts with more than 20 years hands-on experience working with education agents.
Masterclass content has been developed through extensive consultation and research with more than 500 international students, 300 education agents and 100 higher and vocational education staff.
This is supplemented with the knowledge of our partners, who have extensive hands-on experience in recruiting international students to UK, Australian, Canadian and Aotearoa New Zealand institutions.
Masterclass participants develop their knowledge and skills through social learning activities, case studies, role playing and individual work. They also develop their own practical tools through the accompanying workbook, which contains interactive tasks, templates, tips and ideas covering every stage of the agent partnership lifecycle. With this toolkit, your staff will be equipped to apply their learning straight after the training.
These masterclasses will give you the perfect opportunity to reflect on your current operations, explore best practices from around the world and empower your team to build more successful agent relationships.
Masterclasses are fully customisable. Choose from our off-the-shelf options or contact us for bespoke sessions created specifically for you and your team.

We focus on practical strategies you can implement to effectively manage your education agent network. We look at best practice from across the globe and how it can be most effectively implemented at your institution.
Your team will explore ways they can work collaboratively with your agent network, with a focus on empowering agents with targeted support and co-designed objectives, and reviewing and extending success.
Through our training, your team will explore techniques and tactics on how to establish and maintain a thriving agent network, how to partner with your agents to ensure long-term, sustainable success, and how effective governance and systems can be used to drive legislative and pledge compliance.
Our content is modularised and can be adapted to suit your organisations’ specific development needs. In our Standard half-day workshop, we can cover up to five topics, and we recommend you include: ‘Setting your agents up for mutual success’, ‘Building positive relationships’ and ‘Monitoring and managing agent performance’. Our Premium workshop touches on all modules with a heavier focus where you need it most. It can be delivered in a day or over two half days.
