After hours

Elyse is a collector, not of objects, but of experiences. She camps far from the well-trodden path. She seeks out remote beaches on every continent, and she’s drawn like a moth to a flame to hole-in-the-wall coffee shops from Tokyo to São Paulo. Never sitting still makes her very hungry. Elyse relishes the chance to make connections through food and the experiences associated with it. She enjoys learning about growing vegetables, exploring night markets in every corner of the world, and hosting elaborate dinner parties with family and friends.
